The future looks bright! And as we return to work and play, it’s time to face forward: come out of our beauty ruts and slip into something a bit more bold. This month, we’re all about the low-effort switches that make for high-impact looks… which will you try?
Has no-makeup makeup (or let’s be honest - just, no makeup) become your everyday? A wash of colour is just what you need to add a bit of personality to your look. Keep the skin hydrated, fresh and perfected (we used Morphe Filter Effect Soft-Focus Foundation), brows filled and groomed (courtesy of Urban Decay Brow Blade) and the lips bare-but-better with a touch of gloss (Estee Lauder Colour Envy Lip Oil Serum and Kosas Wet Lip Oil Gloss in Jellyfish).
Orange twist This look takes a vibrant orange hue from the new Too Faced Light My Fire Eyeshadow Palette just through the crease of the eye using a fluffy brush. Add a coat of bareMinerals Lashtopia Lengthening Mascara to lift and separate the top lashes and you’re done.
Hello, yellow Now we’re trying something a bit different using the yellow shade from the Too Faced Light My Fire Eyeshadow Palette. This time, take it all across the lid and just above the crease. Then, pat on the pigment and blend out with a blending brush.
Ombre shine For a touch of sparkle, we’re using the Too Faced That’s My Jam Eyeshadow Palette and taking the glittery purple shade across the inner half of the lid. We then take the silver shade on the outer half and blend so the colours meet seamlessly.
