This waterproof, wind-up eyeliner is creamy enough to give you the play-time you need, before drying down completely for long wear results. In a range of classic and jewel-toned shades, each colour can be worn as an all-over cream shadow, in the waterline or to add depth to the lash line. Select a bright shade to add a unique pop of colour to a sultry smoky eye.
Usage
Wind up the pencil and apply where desired. Use a finger or brush to smudge the liner for a smoky look or just apply and it will set after about 30 seconds for a fool-proof graphic liner look. Top Tip: The liner might take a few twists at first to get going but be careful to only wind up as needed because it won’t wind back down!
