We offer two different methods of shipping. Please see the table below for further details.
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Beauty Loop Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post or Startrack delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond MECCA’s reasonable control.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from
mecca.com.au which will include your Australia Post eParcel or StarTrack consignment number.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on Monday to Friday and shipped via StarTrack Express only, are eligible to same day dispatch. We will always try our best to get your MECCA order to you as quickly as possible, however, we are not able to guarantee next day delivery.
Orders shipped via Australia Post eParcel Standard are not eligible for same day dispatch.
We offer two packaging options for all online orders. With our Signature Packaging, your order comes beautifully packed in a deluxe MECCA box lined with tissue paper and housed for protection in a white mailing box. As an eco-friendly alternative, opt for our Sustainable Packaging which uses recycled and recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box and paper filling.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For both Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack Express, this will be at approximately 10pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).
You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting www.auspostcom.au or www.startrack.com.au and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 1800 007 844 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry.
To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'.
If you select ‘authority to leave’, you understand and agree that this gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave your order in question unattended in a safe place at the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. This may be by the front door, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions.
In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you
can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

If the item(s) in your order are declared as an aerosol(s) they require some extra special care when packaging. Please
note these orders will not qualify for our 2pm promise.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favourite Mecca Cosmetica, Mecca Max and Kit Cosmetics signature line products, we are happy to assist you. Simply call our Customer Service team on +613 9420 7373 from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here. Unfortunately, due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous goods internationally, including all nail polish, fragrance and aerosols.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
