How long does shipping take?

We offer express shipping through Startrack's Premium Express service on all orders.

As soon as you place your order, it is sent away to be packed to perfection, and as such is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled once submitted and finalised online.

Orders received before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday - We will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the same day.

Orders received after 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday – We will dispatch your order from our warehouse on the following business day (Monday - Friday).

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed with StarTrack, which is at approx. 10pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).

Once your order has been dispatched - it will be delivered in 1-2 business days for all Australian Capital Cities. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.

While we always try our best to get your MECCA order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee 100% next day delivery.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt, unless you have selected ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Peak periods during Beauty Loop offers can experience longer delivery times, please allow 3-5 business days.

Please note: shipping times are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, promotional periods, wild weather, or other Startrack delivery issues unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mecca’s reasonable control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders of $75 AUD or over within Australia.

Orders below $75 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $10 AUD within Australia.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from which will include your StarTrack consignment number.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 1800 007 844 Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry.

What happens if I agree to authority to leave (ATL)?

To ensure the security of your order a driver will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made unless you have selected 'authority to leave'. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

What about lost or damaged goods?

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 007 844 Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within Australia.

If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favourite Mecca Cosmetica, Mecca Max and Kit Cosmetics signature line products, we are happy to assist you. Simply call our Customer Service team on +613 9420 7373 from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here. Unfortunately, due to hazardous and flammable goods restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous goods internationally, including all nail polish, fragrance and aerosols.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
