Placing an order with MECCA online is fast, easy and secure.
Orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel or Startrack Express. Please see our shipping details page for further information on dispatch times in your area for each delivery method.
To ensure secure delivery, we recommend all parcels be signed for upon receipt. If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, you can select ‘Authority to Leave’ at the checkout and your parcel will be left at the delivery address.
Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders.

Our stores across Mecca Cosmetica and Mecca Maxima, each stock various Brands and Products. mecca.com.au is where you can find and purchase all of our products. We aim to always be in stock however, from time to time we may sell out.

We offer two packaging options for all online orders. With our Signature Packaging, your order comes beautifully packed in a deluxe MECCA box lined with tissue paper and housed for protection in a white mailing box. As an eco-friendly alternative, opt for our Sustainable Packaging which uses recycled and recyclable materials. Your order will be protected in a cardboard box and paper filling.
With both options you may also include a personalised gift message. Simply type your message in the Gift Message field at checkout and it will be printed on a MECCA card and inserted into an envelope*.
*Unfortunately we are unable to wrap multiple gifts within one online order. For gift wrapping of individual items, please place separate online orders.
We will email you a copy of your order confirmation, so you have this as a record of purchase.
