The formula is completely carbon black free, but gives you the versatility to create a daytime, barely there tight-line or a bolder special occasion statement. It is quick drying and stays put without smudging, feathering or running.

Usage
Dust the eyelid with a neutral shadow or translucent powder for smoothest application. Using the liner, trace a thin line along the upper lash line and wing out at the ends if desired.
Follow with a gel liner in the waterline for added intensity.
