No. There is no delivery fee or minimum spend at checkout required for a Click & Collect order.
No (but we really wish they were). Unfortunately, whilst we are trialling this new service, not all products will be available for Click & Collect. Your best bet is to set the bigger stores — like MECCA Doncaster, MECCA Highpoint or MECCA Southland — as your collection location. They’ll have the biggest range of products available for Click & Collect. Keep in mind, you can always get in touch with our Customer Care team for alternative product suggestions that are available at your preferred collection location. Or, if you really have your heart set on a particular product (we get it), we recommend selecting our standard shipping option (which is on us for all orders over $25).
No. Unfortunately, complimentary lucky dip samples and online special gifts are not available with Click & Collect orders. The good news is, when you head in-store to pick up your order, you can try products to your heart’s content and request a sample pot of any that take your fancy.
Absolutely! Just like regular online orders, you can redeem your Beauty Loop rewards by logging into your online account and placing an order. Your reward will then be included in your order at the time of collection. Please note, all Beauty Loop rewards are available while stocks last and we cannot guarantee availability in-store at the time of collection. You have to be quick!
Yes! However, please note that product personalisation can only be done in-store at the time of pick-up. We recommend that you allow additional time for this service to be completed.
No. However, you are always welcome to purchase a gift card in-store upon your visit to collect your order. You may also wish to purchase an eGift card online (which can be sent straight to the recipient with no additional shipping fees!)
No. However, upon collecting your order from store, our store hosts can absolutely gift wrap your products for you. Please allow additional time upon your visit if you wish to have your products gift wrapped.
No. We cannot offer gift messages on Click & Collect orders at this time.
All products ordered through the Click & Collect service are subject to availability. This means that whilst we will do our absolute best to ensure availability of products you ordered, there may be instances where the products are out of stock at your selected Click & Collect store location.
Never fear though! If this happens, you will receive an email notifying you whether part or all of your order is unavailable and confirm that we will process a refund to your original payment method.

After placing your order, you will receive a ‘Ready For Collection’ email, usually within a day of placing your order. You can then visit your selected Click & Collect store to collect your order. Find store opening hours here.
Your order must be collected at the store you selected at checkout. We will also confirm the pick up location and all other details in the order confirmation email we send you. When you arrive in-store, all you have to do is let our team know you are collecting your Click & Collect order. Don’t forget to bring along your ‘Ready For Collection’ email and valid photo ID.
No. Unfortunately all Click & Collect orders must be collected by the person who placed the order, and a valid photo ID is required upon collection. Please bring your ‘Ready For Collection’ email and valid photo ID.

We will hold your order for 10 days from the date it is ready for collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend this timeframe, so be sure to collect your order in time!
If your order is not collected within 10 days of the collection date , it will no longer be available for collection. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have cancelled the order and provide you with a refund. Refunds will be processed in line with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Yes. Products purchased through Click & Collect can be returned or exchanged in line with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
