This vegan nourishing cleansing oil gently yet effectively cleanses and removes all traces of makeup (waterproof included). It can be applied directly to dry skin for a onestep makeup removal. Upon contact with water it transforms into a milky emulsion that easily rinses and does not leave the skin feeling stripped or dry.
