Rated 3 out of 5 by from Soft and hydrating This milk is gentle and is a nice way to add extra moisture to your face after removing makeup. I often use it in place of cleansing oil in winter, but find it is a little less effective than oils.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hmm I don't find that it does a great job at taking my make up off, furthermore it leaves an uncomfortable greasy feeling on your skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this product I use this product to remove any excess make up after using a makeup wipe and before cleansing. I find that it moisturizes my skin and my skin feels really nice after use and when I wake up the next day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent makeup remover, but not a cleanser. I feel as though Clinique does themselves a disservice in calling this a cleanser, when in reality is is just a less oily form of cold cream - it's a makeup remover. As a makeup remover, I feel as though it performs well - if I massage it in for a minute or two, it gets rid of my makeup and comes off well with a warm washcloth. Compared to other makeup remover products, my skin feels much more calmed, fresh and hydrated - wipes and micellar water tend to leave my skin feeling stripped, and actual cold cream or oils leave my skin feeling bogged down, so this is a nice middle ground. That said, this product is not adequate to be used as a cleanser - it doesn't do any kind of deep pore cleaning or anything like that. I believe it's best used to remove makeup before cleansing, and should be followed up with a cleanser which actually cleans the skin. I like it for this purpose, because my dry skin can't handle being cleansed twice (once to remove makeup, another time to clean), but YMMV. This product probably isn't for everyone, and is definitely geared more toward dry rather than oily skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst makeup remover in the world Purchased this 3 months ago and have tried using it in so many different ways to try and make it work as I spent so much money on it. Leaves skin feeling greasy and gross with the most tacky residue ever. Just so nasty it doesn't do anything.Bought the Simple cleanser instead for $5 and it out performs this one. So disappointed :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average Almost used full sized bottle, takes off light layer of foundation (mac studio fix pressed powder). Takes off my KatVonD Tattoo liner quite well, doesn't sting. Leaves skin feeling smooth. Does not do well with mascaras! Would only recommend for light make up, nothing heavy. Micellar water is great or heavy make up!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No thank you! I've had this product for a while now because I didn't want to review too soon. But I just haven't been able to like this cleansing milk. It works well for removing face makeup (Nars Sheer Glow) but I don't feel clean after using it. And don't ever use it around the eye area. It stings like nothing I've used before. I'll use this around my face and neck and Makeup Forever Sens'Eyes for lips and eye area. Will NOT be repurchasing this unfortunately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really really bad product This is such a waste of money, which is such a shame considering the balm and oil version have such a good rep. This milky makeup removing cleanser barely does anything - doesn't remove NON-waterproof mascara, foundation, lipstick... nothing! It stings when it gets too close to the eyes and leaves my skin feeling quite dry and leaves behind all of your makeup that you had the object of removing in the first place. I wish I could get my money back because it's just sitting on my shelf collecting dust - I don't even want to give it away since it performs so poorly. What a bust.
