Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was sceptical at first.... I brought this as this winter has played havoc on my skin, drying it out and causing my eczema to flare up on my face. I usually use a foaming cleanser at night to clean and remove makeup but recently tried this cleansing balm out and I love it! I thought it might make me breakout and feel too oily on my skin but it really gentle and really does "take the day off". I have always used foaming cleansers at night but I chatted to one of the Mecca girls at Melbourne Central and she recommended using this. It removes makeup and dirt etc from the day. Never thought I would use this type of cleanser, so glad I have tried it though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely amazing I have been using this product for about 2 months now and I honestly couldn't be happier! I love the fact that it is a balm and not a foaming cleanser, so it is not drying what's so ever. It litterly MELTS all of your make up off, leaving you looking like something out of the house of wax (which is so fun and I love! Haha) And it is so easy to use, other cleansers I would have to use in the shower as I don't like rinsing my face over the sink as it can be messy. But the Clinique take the day off balm I can actually use! I use both in and out of the shower, so at the sink after all of my make up has dissolved I just take either a make up/baby wipe or cloth and wipe it off. No mess or water dripping everywhere! Love love love

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Why don't I like this ? :-( I bought it because it is so raved about in the beauty community. So happy it has no fragrance but it glides over the top of my makeup rather than actually lifting it from my skin. Doesn't emulsify at all, switched to the Body Shop Chamomile Balm now. I wanted to like it so bad but it does nothing for me as a first cleanse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this twice! I never buy the same product twice, because I am always convinced there has to be something better out there. For many years, I wrote off Clinique as a brand I used to use as a teenager. I decided to give this a go after hearing rave reviews and I am so glad I did. I use it as the first step in my double cleanse and it thoroughly removes all of my makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft but never stripped and dry. I take an almond sized amount (sometimes more if I'm wearing more makeup), massage it all over my face/jaw, add water to turn it into a milky texture, and rinse it off. It's really easy to use and so convenient to take anywhere because of the balm form. I have nothing bad to say about this, I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my first clinque product This is an amazing oil based cleanser! At first I was skeptical because I'm not the biggest fan with oil based products - even with dry skin. But this stuff is amazing. I've been using it for well over 2 years now and have only repurchased ONCE. It lasts FOREVER, so I definitely think it's worth the money. It takes off the hardest of makeup. You literally just rub this cleanser all over your face, I even just go straight over my eyelashes and it gets everything off. Even around my eyes it doesn't sting/hurt at all. I've begun using this as a first step cleanser - then using it with a foam one right after and my skin has had a much noticeable difference. I REALLY didn't understand how much makeup I left on my skin before using this cleanser - It's kind of gross seeing the dirty water as you wash off the balm, but it's a real eye opener. Would and HAVE recommended to many friends and people.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No great I've never liked Clinique products but I had heard such good things about this that I felt compelled to give it a try. It was a bit too heavy for my skin even though it is very dry

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would Highly Recommend This product is cheaper than all the other balms and does the same thing. It doesn't sting the eyes but their is a sticky residue. DO NOT USE WITH LASH EXTENSIONS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing First Cleanse! I bought this after seeing Caroline Hirons mention it several times on her blog (if you haven't checked her out - you absolutely MUST!). I was really skeptical about using a balm/oil on my skin because I have combination skin and didn't like the feel of oiliness and residue on the skin, but I can't believe I didn't try this sooner! I ALWAYS double cleanse, so I use this first by taking a small scoop and massaging it on my face and eyes (don't open them until you've washed it off because it makes your eyesight 'foggy' - it doesn't irritate them, though). I then take a warm, soft washcloth and wipe it all away. This pretty much takes off all of my makeup. I then go in with a gentle non-foaming cleanser like the REN Evercalm Gentle Cleansing Milk and wipe that off with my washcloth too. But I find that the Clinique balm gets everything off anyway! Seriously, this stuff beats my previous holy grail - Bioderma's micellar water. One tub lasts me about 4 months so it's well worth the investment!

Will you be restocking the 15ml? If so do you know a rough estimate when it will be restocked? Eg in a few weeks, months, year etc? Wanting to know if I should source it elsewhere or wait for you to restock.
