Rated 1 out of 5 by from CREASES LIKE CRAZY The colours are gorgeous, and really, going off the brand and how people rave about them I really really wanted them to be worth the price. But even with my trusted Nars eye primer these creases like our beautiful friend Joel Creasy. Like. Horrifically. To the point when I blink I can feel the product sticking together and then coming apart again. I've tried everything - I blend, I do a second coat, I use primer (I've tried it without). Seems the only way to stop it from creasing is to put a shadow of the same colour of the top, which in my opinion renders the product completely superfluous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favourite eyeshadow product I have purchased 3 of these shadow sticks (bronze moon, misty rock and frozen quartz) and have loved all of them. Can very easily create an entire eye look with the single product (which is great for travelling). Can shift into the crease if you have oily eyelids (like I do) but a bit of primer on the lids stops this. Great product, great wear and lasts for ages.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holy grail Best stuff ever. So versatile, so flattering. Expensive, but honestly you could wear just this, mascara and lip balm with a bit of bronzer, and that's all you'd need. Better than all of its competitors (and I've tried them!).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So long palettes - amazing Love these, i have the dark purple. So very beautiful, creamy to apply. Line near the lid and then use finger to smudge towards the lash line again. Will buy in more colours, great for work in corporate environment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great colour, accentuates lines on eyelid After the amazing reviews I was excited to use this product. I bought Frozen Quartz, which is a lovely rose colour that shimmers with gold. Pros: glides on eyelid beautifully, amazing staying power, easily blends when first applied then sets really well. Cons: it highlights the lines on my eyelid and ages me quite a bit. I am not sure if its this particular colour or the whole range, maybe its just the shimmer of Frozen Quartz. Either way I won't but it again because of the price and wrinkle issue. I compared it to L'oreal's Infallible Eye Paint in Rose, and that one is far better at hiding the fine lines on your eyelids.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nope, Nope, Nope Really disappointing for the price. You have to layer it quite a lot to get a colour other than a wash, and it has no staying power.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glam Glam Glam What an amazing product! I've never used cream eyeshadow before and I can't believe how easy it is compared to powder. The packaging of this shadow is so convenient, incredibly easy to apply and very pretty. I have the ombre blackstar in Frozen Quartz, Misty Rock and Bronze Moon and love all three of these. They are so blendable (I use the Hourglass crease brush) and the colour is intense with the perfect amount of sparkle. Its perfect for day and night wear and extremely long wearing. At $53 a colour it seems steep, but it is so worth it and sure to last for ages. I'm now trying to decide what colours to get next :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Creamy but not long-wearing... After being recommended this in-store, I bought this in Misty Rock which is a bronzy brown colour. Initially was very impressed with the smoothness of application and the subtlety of the colour, enabling it to be used alone or amped up with other products for night-time. My issue is that it is not long wearing, even if used with primer underneathe & powder on top to set it in further. It is this reason that I am disenclined to re-purchase other colours.

Hello just wondering what everyone does when you can no longer wind up the shadow? Can use fingers a few times to dig in but that is about it. It seems a waste when the shadow is sitting there under the level of the tube. thank you

Asked by: evadne
You could apply with a brush small enough to get into the tube.
